Clinical workflow belongs in the investment thesis

At CHP, we want the assessment of a technology to include the setting in which it will be used. Intended clinical value is one part of that assessment. Practical use is another.

Our model brings clinicians, nursing and operational perspectives into questions of usability, integration and adoption. What changes for the person using the technology? What training or infrastructure is required? How would a team assess whether it improves the intended process or outcome?

These questions can shape both a validation plan and an implementation decision. They help connect what a product is designed to do with what a healthcare organisation would need to use it responsibly.

For founders, our perspective is that workflow should be examined as part of the product and commercial model, rather than treated as an issue to address only after investment. Clinical relevance and practical adoption belong in the same discussion.
